By visiting our site (BsDTF.com) and purchasing our transfers, you are joining a community of creators, hustlers, and business owners. To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone stays protected, we have some ground rules.

By using our website, you agree to the following terms. (If you don’t agree, that’s cool, but you can’t shop here).

1. The General Vibe (Overview)

We provide high-quality Direct to Film (DTF) transfers and resources. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (though we’re pretty nice, so don’t give us a reason).

2. Your Content & Copyright (Don't Be A Pirate)

This is the big one. Since we print custom files, we need to be clear about who owns what.

• You Own Your Art: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the designs you upload, or you have express permission from the copyright holder to print them.

• The "No-Go" List: We do not print hate speech, illegal imagery, or obvious trademark violations (if you upload a swoosh or a mouse, we might have to have an awkward conversation).

• Indemnification: If you upload an image that you don't own, and the copyright holder comes knocking, you agree to hold B’s DTF harmless. That means if we get sued because you stole art, the legal bills are on you, not us. We are a printer, not a publisher.

3. Accuracy of Colors & Prints

We use top-tier commercial printers and premium ink, but science is science.

• Screen vs. Print: Your phone/monitor uses light (RGB) to display color. Our printers use ink (CMYK). There will always be a slight variance between glowing pixels and physical ink.

• File Quality: We print what you send. If you send a blurry, pixelated screenshot, we will print a blurry, pixelated transfer. We try to catch these and warn you, but we aren't responsible for low-quality source files.

4. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep prices steady, but ink and film costs fluctuate.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or part of it) without notice at any time.

• We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Billing & Account Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Please keep your email address up to date so we can send you your tracking numbers!

6. Third-Party Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like design software links or tracking apps). We don’t monitor or control these. You use them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take pride in our work, but we cannot control the universe.

• B’s DTF is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Example: If a shipping delay causes you to miss a deadline for your customer, we will refund/replace the transfer per our Shipping Policy, but we are not liable for your lost potential profit or business reputation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky (because that's where we hustle), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
