We aren’t in the business of leaving you high and dry. You are building a business, and you need a partner, not a headache. If you open your package and you aren't 100% hyped about what you see, we are going to fix it.
No interrogations. No hoops to jump through. No questions asked.
🤝 How We Make It Right
If you have an issue with your order—whether it’s the print quality, the color, or it just doesn't feel right—here is how we handle it:
1. The "Let’s Fix It" (Replacement) Our first goal is to get you the product you actually need. If the transfers aren't up to snuff, we will reprint them immediately and rush them out to you. We want you to have a product you can press with pride.
2. Store Credit If you don't need a reprint right now, we will issue you full store credit so you can grab supplies for your next run on the house.
3. Full Refund If you are just done and want your money back, we respect that. If a replacement or credit doesn't work for you, we will issue a complete refund to your original payment method.
⏳ The Timeframe
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it lands on your porch.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to reach out to us regarding a return or refund.

This gives you plenty of time to check your prints and make sure everything is perfect.
❌ What About "User Error"?
Look, we know things happen. Maybe you uploaded a low-res file, or maybe the heat press temperature slipped. While many shops will tell you "Too bad, so sad," we don't gatekeep success. Even if the mistake was on your end, reach out to us. We operate on a "No Questions Asked" basis because we want you to succeed. We’ll work with you to get a replacement or a solution so you aren't left eating the cost.
🔄 How to Start a Return/Refund
We don't use automated return portals that reject you for clicking the wrong button. You get a human.

Include your Order Number in the subject line (e.g., "Issue with Order #1234").

Tell us what’s up. A quick photo helps us identify print issues so we can fix our machines if needed, but it's not a requirement for your refund.
Return Shipping: If we need the items back (usually we don't, but sometimes we like to inspect bad prints to improve our quality), we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You never pay for return shipping on a quality issue.
💸 When Will I See My Money?

Store Credit: Available immediately after we chat.

Refunds: Once processed, it usually takes your bank 3-5 business days to show the funds back in your account. That part is up to the banks, not us!
