How we make it right
If there’s a problem with your order, reach out to us! We’ll review the issue to determine whether it was a printing defect or an artwork/file setup error, and we’ll work together to figure out a fair solution from there.
What about "user error"?
Look, we know things happen. Maybe you uploaded a low-res file, or maybe the heat press temperature slipped. We don't gatekeep success. Even if the mistake was on your end, reach out to us. We’ll work with you to help make things right!
