We Don't Sit On Your Orders.

At B’s DTF, we know the hustle doesn’t wait. You have customers to please, deadlines to hit, and profits to make. We aren’t here to hold you up; we’re here to get you pressing.

We treat your deadlines with the same respect we treat our own. Here is exactly how we get your transfers from our printers to your porch.

⚡ The "Same Day" Promise (Processing Time)

We don't believe in "3-5 day processing" windows. That’s for amateurs.

  • Order by 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday): Your order ships the SAME DAY.

  • Order after 2:00 PM EST: Your order ships the next business day.

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: We’ll get straight to work on the following business day.

Note: In the rare event of a massive surge or equipment maintenance, we will contact you immediately. We don't hide behind silence.

📦 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We like to keep the math simple so you can focus on your margins.

  • Orders over $50: FREE SHIPPING. (Because we love a hustler who buys in bulk).

  • Orders under $50: Flat Rate of $9.95.

🚚 How We Ship (Carriers & Transit Time)

We partner with carriers that actually deliver.

  • Primary Carrier: UPS Ground. This is our go-to for speed and reliability.

  • Rural Areas & PO Boxes: USPS Ground Advantage. If you live way out in the sticks or rock a PO Box, we use USPS to ensure it actually gets to you.

Estimated Transit Times: Once the package leaves our hands, it is usually delivered within 1–5 business days depending on your distance from our HQ. You will receive a tracking number the second your label is printed. Watch that link like a hawk!

🆘 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Let’s be real—sometimes couriers drop the ball. Maybe the driver had a bad day, or the package entered the void.

We don’t play the blame game. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we replace it and reship it. Period.

  • Damaged? Snap a photo and email it to b@bsdtf.com. We’ll get a reprint in the queue immediately.

  • Lost? If the tracking hasn't moved in a suspicious amount of time, let us know. We’ll handle the claim with the carrier so you don’t have to waste your time on hold.

📍 Wrong Address / Returned to Sender

Look, we move fast. If you realize you put in the wrong address (it happens!), email or call us IMMEDIATELY.

If we catch it before the UPS truck picks up at 4 PM, we can fix it. If the package has already left the building, we unfortunately cannot reroute it. Double-check those auto-fill forms!

📅 Holidays

Our team works hard, and we take major holidays off to recharge so we can come back fresh for your orders. We do not ship on:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter

  • 4th of July

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year's Eve
