Maximize your profits. Fill the sheet.
Stop wasting money on single prints. If you want to print like a pro, you need to think in Gang Sheets.
Here’s the deal: I don't skim on size. Most shops give you 22 inches. I give you a massive 24" x 60" canvas. That’s more real estate for your designs and more money in your pocket. Combined with my wide-gamut ink that hits colors others can't touch, this is the best value in the game. Period.
STEP 1: GARBAGE IN = GARBAGE OUT
(Don't skip this.)
Before you even open the builder, check your files. A bad file will result in a bad print. Your art needs to be crisp, high-quality, and transparent. If you don't know if your design is ready, stop what you’re doing and read my guide. (Coming soon).
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON
Once your files are clean, open the Gang Sheet Builder. You have two ways to play this:
Option A: The Speed Run (Auto-Populate)
For when you have 50 files and zero patience. Upload everything at once. My builder is smart, it will auto-calculate the perfect spacing and nest your designs to waste as little film as possible. It’s fast and efficient.
Option B: The Control Freak (Manual Layout)
For when you want to squeeze every last inch out of that 60" sheet. Upload your designs one by one. You have total control:
-
-
Resize: Scale it up or down to fit the gap.
-
Rotate: Spin it to fit that awkward corner.
-
Fill the Gaps: Throw in some logo labels or small pocket prints in the empty spaces. If you're paying for the film, use the film.
-
STEP 3: PULL THE TRIGGER
Happy with the layout? Does it look full? Good. Click "Place Order." That’s it. My team pulls the file, rips it, and gets it on the press.
