THE CHEAT SHEET (The Golden Numbers)

TEMP: 320°F (160°C)

TIME: 12 - 15 Seconds

PRESSURE: HEAVY (Like, 60PSI or 8-9/10). Don't be gentle.

PEEL: HOT. Instantly.
THE RITUAL (Step-by-Step)
1. PREP THE CANVAS Pre-press your shirt for 5-10 seconds. This isn't optional. You need to kill the moisture and flatten the fibers. If you skip this, your print won't stick.
2. LOCK IT DOWN Place your transfer design-side down (obviously). Lower the heat press. You need HEAVY PRESSURE. If you can close your press with one hand, it’s too loose. Tighten that knob.
3. THE PRESS Press for 12 to 15 seconds. Let the heat do the work.
4. THE HOT PEEL Open the press and peel immediately. Start from a corner and peel with confidence in one smooth motion. Do not let it cool down. We call it "Instant Hot Peel" for a reason.
5. THE SEAL (Crucial Step) Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper and press again for 5-10 seconds. This drives the ink into the fabric, removes the shine, and makes the print wash-proof. This is how you get that "retail quality" feel.
TROUBLESHOOTING (SOS)

Design lifting when you peel? Your pressure wasn't high enough or your temp is too low. Crank it up and try again.

Print feels rough? You skipped the second press (The Seal).

Seeing water spots? You didn't pre-press long enough. Moisture is the enemy.
