It was a great transfer. Not as big as the picture showed but still great.

All these transfers are really bad quality the skull with rhinestones looks nothing like rhinestones and I don’t like they are not individual transfers

I absolutely love her DTF’s. Between that and the sheet I put on top to press them you cannot tell they are even DTF’s. They look like a part of the fabric.

I use their background remover for my images. Half my order was printed with background and has to be completely thrown away. This was my first time with a company and very disappointed.

So far I’ve bought most of my prints from you guys. Great selection. I just received my horror game sheet and love them all. I do find it’s better for me anyway to let them cool a bit before peeling. And that’s fine with me. Nothing worse than a messed up shirt. Now if I could just get them straight !

She has exceptional customer service.I fantastic attitude no matter how many times I ask questions and the prints are phenomenal. I make shirts for a motorcycle group, and they love every one of them.

Overall everything's been great. I forgot one small emblem on my gang sheet and when I asked if that could be added into the space I already had left over I was told no even though it was within 5 minutes of me putting the order in. And then when I asked if I could pay for another small gang sheet and just have it shipped with the same one... Again I was told now so I had to pay shipping on both.

I understand forgetting the emblem was my fault but customer service wise it would have been really nice to have been able to add that to my order that was already shipping. I understand logistically that might have made it a little bit tricky but it would have been going above and beyond. What I did really appreciate was that I did get a response almost right away which was incredible.

Quality has been pretty good. Had a few minor issues with 2 of 4 orders. Wanted to place another order but after 5-6 attempts contacting customer service I gave up. It’s a shame the customer service stinks because the prints are pretty good. Would have continued using.
