1. Heat Check: Set your heat press to 300°F.

2. The Pre-Press: Press your garment for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

3. The Placement: Center your transfer and lint-roll the area if needed.

4. The Press: Press with HEAVY pressure for exactly 10 seconds.

5. The Peel: Hot peel — reveal it immediately.

6. The Seal: Cover with parchment or Teflon and do a final 10-second post-press to lock it in.

7. The Flex: Wear it like you mean it.
