3. The Placement: Align your transfer centrally on your cap. Use a lint roller to ensure the surface is perfectly clean.

4. The Press: Apply MEDIUM-HEAVY pressure for exactly 10 seconds.

5. The Peel: HOT PEEL — remove the film immediately while warm for a sharp, clean release.
